Location: A forest village 2 hours from Copenhagen (Gylsboda, Norra Skåne, Sweden)

Commitment: Part-time internship, very flexible schedule/timeline

Setup: Onsite part-time required (to help capture content in the village)

Compensation: Private accommodation + all meals (organic, whole food) during your work period + travel to/from city

Are you skilled at creating fun, engaging content? Interested in design, the arts, gardening, renovation, healthy food, and nature? We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy, aesthetically-minded nature enthusiast to help us build our network of businesses, artists, and visitors.

We've already been featured in Dwell, Condé Nast, Nowness, Scandinavia Standard, and others — and we're just getting started. We have retreats booked with some exciting companies, and have already secured partnerships with leading design brands.

The Place

We're building a burgeoning rural creative hub: an artist residency, an art school, a community sauna, and a guesthouse, all taking shape across a cluster of historic buildings in a quarry village surrounded by forest.

Projects Can Include

• Social media

• Instagram Reels

• YouTube

• Photography

• AI tools (web design, content creation)

Compensation

• Internship role

• Private accommodation in the village + all meals provided during the work period (organic, whole food)
