Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Social Media & Client Relations Specialist for a Marketing Services Agency, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Role Summary:

The role combines social media management and client relations/account management, supporting the planning and publishing of digital content while maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires regular communication with clients, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring client needs and deliverables are handled efficiently and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing social media accounts and publishing content across digital platforms.
   

2. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital best practices.
   

3. Manage online communities, including comments and messages.
   

4. Coordinate with internal teams, including the designers and content creators, to ensure timely delivery of content and client requirements.
   

5. Follow up with clients regarding content, approvals, and updates.
   

6. Monitor social media performance and assist with analytics and reporting.
   

7. Handle day-to-day client communication and follow up on their requests and requirements.
   

8. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client service.
   

Requirements

1. Experience creating and editing reels, videos, and other social media content.
   

2. Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
   

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   

4. Creative, innovative, and efficient.
   

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
   

Years of experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, account management, customer service, or a related field.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
