About the Role
A growing financial services/fintech group is building out its Marketing & Communications team and seeking a Social Media & Community Manager who understands social media beyond simply posting content — creative, proactive, and internet-savvy, with strong video creation, shooting, and editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media and community engagement
- Execute content plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Write strong, engaging social copy
- Spot trends and turn them into relevant content opportunities
- Create, shoot, and edit quality short-form video content
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Engage with and grow online communities
- Monitor performance and provide useful insights
- Execute campaigns and content based on provided brand strategy
