About the Role

C-Restructure Consulting is seeking a Social Media / Content Creator to produce engaging graphics and video content for a client's social media platforms — planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content aligned with brand marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics and high-quality video content
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish videos aligned with marketing objectives
• Design promotional materials, social media posts, banners, and flyers
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
• Monitor social media performance and recommend content improvements
• Stay updated with trends and create relevant, trend-driven content
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products and campaigns
• Ensure content maintains brand identity and visual standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years' proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
