HAIRLOOM – Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

Hairloom is looking for a creative, fashion-forward Content Creator to produce engaging visual content that reflects our salon experience and attracts new clients across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in-salon
• Capture transformations, stylist work, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit and publish content with captions, music, and branding
• Maintain a clean, premium, and trend-driven visual style
• Plan and suggest content ideas aligned with trends
• Coordinate with stylists and clients during shoots
• Monitor performance and improve engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in beauty, fashion, and social media
• Skilled in mobile videography and editing (CapCut, etc.)
• Good eye for aesthetics (lighting, angles, styling)
• Creative, proactive, and trend-aware
• Comfortable filming people and directing simple scenes
• Able to work weekends when needed

Bonus

• Experience in beauty/fashion content
• Photography or design skills
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
