Social Media Content Strategist
Marketing Manager — Lead Our Content Team, AI-Driven Marketing for US Real Estate (Full-Time, Long-Term)
We are New York Online Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage on Long Island, New York, and AllSpaces, our sister platform where property owners rent out any space they own: driveways, garages, backyards, warehouses, boat slips, land, apartments and houses.

We have a marketing team that executes well. We do not have the person who leads it. That is this job.
This is a manager-level role. You will own our marketing operation for both brands, lead our content team, and be judged on leads, appointments, sign-ups and listings, not views and posts. We are not looking for someone who makes Canva posts. We are looking for someone who can think, lead, build systems and produce results.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Marketing strategy for both brands. You watch what is working in US real estate and rental content right now, filter it through our audiences and our business goals, and turn it into a plan. Trends are the input; sign-ups, calls and listings are the output.
The content team. Our marketing VAs report to you. You set the plan, assign the work, oversee it, QA it, publish it, track it, and improve it. We should not have to manage marketing details.
A weekly idea pipeline for both brands, built on our five questions (below), with the research behind every idea
A trend read every two weeks: what is working in US real estate and rental content, what we should copy, what we should stop, with links. If nothing new has surfaced, say so and tell us what is still working. We would rather get an honest "nothing new" than a list padded to look complete.
Hands-on production when it is faster than briefing, especially when testing a new format
AI-driven content production. You should be able to take one concept and turn it into an article, an email, a Facebook post, an Instagram post, a carousel, a Reel script, a short video, a TikTok, a YouTube Short, a LinkedIn post and follow-up content, each one right for its platform, not the same thing pasted everywhere. You will work with our automation lead to design and improve these systems.
The numbers. Every week you tell us what worked, why it worked, what did not, why, what we should test next, and what that means for our content and budget.
The funnel. You understand how content turns into attention, clicks and DMs, leads, qualified leads, appointments, showings and sign-ups, customers and listings, and revenue. You track it, and you report on it.
HOW WE THINK
Before anything gets made here, we answer five questions:
Who is watching this?
Why are they watching it?
Where are they from, and which platform are they on?
What are they already consuming?
When do they consume it?
If you read those and thought "obviously," keep reading. If you thought "why does that matter," this is not the job for you.
WHO YOU ARE
You have led marketing or a content team before, and you can show the results
You understand American audiences and New York specifically. You know a boat owner in Nassau County, a renter in Brooklyn, a contractor in Suffolk with an empty warehouse and a homeowner in Queens with a spare driveway are four different people who watch four different things
You live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Reddit daily, and you decide which platforms matter for which audience
You use AI tools in your work every day and think in systems: how to get more and better content out of the team we already have, not one post at a time
You bring ideas before anyone asks, and when one works you keep going deeper without being told
You can script, direct, edit, caption and post on your own when needed
You read analytics and talk about cost per lead, conversion and attribution comfortably
Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable leading a team and presenting to owners
Bonus: experience with a US real estate, property management or home-services brand; GoHighLevel; email/SMS marketing
DETAILS
Full-time, 40 hours/week, long-term
Pay: $6–$9 per hour, depending on experience and your ability to produce the results listed above. We pay for people who can think, lead and deliver results, not for the lowest rate.
You report directly to the two owners. The marketing VAs report to you.
