The Role
With exciting growth ahead, an exciting part-time opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join the Perri Cutten team on a four-day basis.
Based in Malvern and reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our seasonal campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events and brand activations to life. This position is ideal for someone who is creative and possesses strong organisational and execution skills.
You will own the social media operations from end-to-end, partnering with the Trade Marketing Manager to create and shape the ongoing strategy. You will have hands-on involvement across email marketing, influencer partnerships, events, campaign coordination, retail marketing and photoshoot execution, helping ensure Perri Cutten continues to deliver a premium experience across every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Own social media content planning, scheduling, community engagement and brand-aligned content creation
Attend and assist with photoshoots, capturing behind the scenes footage and supporting the Head of Creative
Execute EDM campaigns, including building, approvals, testing, scheduling and performance insights
Manage marketing invoices, budget tracking, competitor activity and reporting
Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, gifting programs and campaign reporting
Assist with customer events, store openings, VIP nights, fashion showcases and brand activations
Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, asset coordination and marketing calendar management
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a Marketing role
Experience coordinating events, activations or brand experiences preferred but not required
Experience working with influencers, ambassadors or brand partnerships preferred but not required
Experience or knowledge of fashion retail environments
Passion for women's fashion and premium brands
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-driven approach
