About Cintra
Cintra is a Singapore marketing team that works like our clients' own department: in-house dedication, agency depth. Our teams sit on site with institutions and established brands in education, F&B and retail, backed by senior leads and a network of 700+ talents and creators.
We run social media, video and content production, paid ads on Meta and TikTok, influencer and nano-creator campaigns, podcasts and personal branding, and property home tours. Find us at cintra.sg and @cintraconsultancy.
The role
You'll sit on our creative bench at HQ and work on live client briefs and Cintra's own channels. You'll help plan, shoot, edit, design and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with a senior checking your work before it goes out. This is not a coffee-run internship: what you make gets published under real brands.
What you'll do
Social media
- Draft captions, hooks and carousel copy in each client's brand voice.
- Schedule and post content through Meta Business Suite and TikTok, and keep content calendars up to date.
- Help with community management: replying to comments and DMs, and flagging anything sensitive to your lead the same day.
- Track trends, sounds and formats, and pitch ideas at weekly creative brainstorms.
- Pull monthly numbers for client reports.
Creative and production
- Design social graphics, carousels and Story frames in Canva or Adobe.
- Edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok and Shorts in CapCut or Premiere, including captions and cut-downs.
- Assist on shoots, events, podcasts and property home tours: setting up, shooting behind-the-scenes, managing talent releases and organising footage.
- Help create ad creatives for our Meta and TikTok campaigns.
Cintra's own channels
- Help build Cintra's Instagram and LinkedIn presence, from team stories to client work showcases.
How you'll work
- Deliver tasks on time and flag blockers the same day.
- Log your work in our trackers (Google Workspace, Jira and Slack).
What you'll get
- Published work for your portfolio, credited, across brands you'd recognise (subject to each client's approval).
- A mentor, with regular feedback on your craft from our Creative Director and Creative Leads.
- Cintra Sessions and pitch shadowing: learn how briefs are won, planned and delivered.
- Free certifications in tools such as Meta Blueprint and TikTok Academy.
- A real path in: interns are Level 1 on our career ladder. Strong interns are considered for a Creative Executive role when one opens.
- A completion letter and a reference for your school or next role.
Who we're looking for
You have
- A student or fresh graduate in media, communications, design, marketing or a related field. Polytechnic, ITE, university and art school students are all welcome.
- A portfolio, even a small one: posts, edits, designs or an account you've grown.
- Working skill in at least one of Canva, CapCut, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro) or Lightroom.
- Clear written English and a feel for what makes people stop scrolling.
- Reliability: you show up, hit deadlines and take feedback well.
Bonus if you have
- Shooting experience on phone or camera.
- Copywriting for brands, or a TikTok or Instagram account with a following.
- Chinese, Malay or Tamil, for multilingual content.
- A driving licence, for shoots around Singapore.
Eligibility: open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, and to full-time students of Singapore institutions whose internship is part of their course.
How to apply
Include:
- Your resume.
- Your portfolio link (Drive, Behance, Instagram or TikTok all work).
- Your available start date and how long you can commit (6 to 12 months), and whether it's a school-required internship.
- One line on a brand whose social media you love, and why.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short interview and a small creative task.
