Quay Social Media Creative Manager
- Own social strategy, content planning, and calendar management ensuring channels support brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal priorities while balancing emotional storytelling, engagement, and demand generation
(20%, Primary Responsibility) - Lead social art direction and creative execution—concepting and producing social-first content that reflects Quay’s visual identity, tone, and cultural point of view
(20%, Primary Responsibility) - Manage publishing, day-to-day channel operations, and community engagement—ensuring consistent posting, strong brand voice, and timely responses across platforms
(15%, Primary Responsibility) - Partner with Influencer, PR, Events, and Creative teams to amplify launches, partnerships, and brand moments across social channels
(15%, Collaborative) - Track performance and optimize content—monitoring engagement, reach, and content trends to inform creative decisions and improve effectiveness over time
(10%, Primary Responsibility) - Capture and create content in real time at shoots, events, retail moments, and activations to ensure social storytelling reflects the brand in motion
(10%, Collaborative) - Maintain a strong pulse on platforms, trends, and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for timely or reactive content and new formats

Key Working Relationships:
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, PR, Digital, Retail, and E-commerce teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Retail, or related field
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Extremely proficient in all social media platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Extensive understanding of the brand positioning, values, and consumer
- Must have a passion for fashion, social media and influencer marketing and keep a pulse on market trends, current events, and industry news.
- Meticulous diligence, resourceful, with a can-do attitude and willingness to be hands on
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field preferrable
Travel Requirements:
- 5-10% travel to assist with events, as needed.
