Description

IMCAS is an international organisation dedicated to medical education and congresses in aesthetic medicine, dermatology and plastic surgery. As Social Media & Digital Content Manager, you own IMCAS’s social media communication: social media editorial lines, planning, content production and performance, across several markets and languages. You work closely with the editorial, scientific, graphic and sponsor teams.

Our perfect match would be an individual who thrives on sharing fresh ideas, bridging community and culture across borders, business savvy, and, of course, being up to date on the latest trends online. You will be reporting to Reporting to the Director of Communications.

1. Strategy and planning

  • Turn the brand’s social media strategy into a quarterly editorial plan per channel and per congress, aligned with the wider communication calendar (newsletters, podcasts, Insider magazine, blog)

  • Define the role and rhythm of each channel: Instagram and LinkedIn as priorities, YouTube to develop, a WhatsApp channel …

  • Propose and test new formats and channels with measurable objectives

2. Content creation and adaptation

Create and adapt content to each platform’s formats (carousels, Reels, short video, stories, LinkedIn posts)

  • Repurpose existing content (interviews, podcasts, magazine, blog, congress sessions) into multiple social formats, such as cutting a podcast episode into short extracts

  • Produce on-site content during congresses (live coverage, speaker highlights)

  • Guarantee accuracy and consistency of medical content with the scientific team, and compliance with speaker and patient consents

3. Community and partnerships

  • Grow and animate our community of physicians; moderate and respond

  • Identify key opinion leaders and partners, and propose collaborations in coordination with the scientific and sponsor teams

  • Ensure a consistent voice across brands by coordinating with the colleagues in charge of Chinese platforms (WeChat, Rednote) and the Congrès SFME social channels

4. Paid media and performance

  • Plan, launch and monitor Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on brand recognition and reputation

  • Define KPIs, deliver monthly reporting and benchmarking, and make recommendations to the Director of Communications

5. Collaboration with the editorial team and PR

  • Contribute to the Insider magazine, the blog and speaker interviews, in coordination with the editorial team

  • Work with the PR team, which is managed separately, to relay events and press content

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content or communications, ideally in events, healthcare, B2B or an international environment

  • Excellent command of Instagram and LinkedIn; good knowledge of Facebook and YouTube; experience with Eastern platforms is a plus

  • Native or C2 English, written and spoken

  • French at professional level (C1)

  • Portuguese, Spanish or Chinese are a strong asset

  • Proficient in Canva and in video editing for short formats

  • Experience with analytics tools (native platform analytics, reporting tools) and project management tools

  • Ability to write precisely on medical and scientific topics and to work with physicians

  • Autonomy, rigour, and the ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines

  • Following the review of your CV, we will contact you by email

  • Based on your answers, we will invite you to an in-person interview

  • Final interview in our Paris office, followed by an English assessment test
