The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, basic designing, and keeping up with the latest social media trends to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize social media accounts for the client (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories. Design creatives using Canva and basic graphic design tools. Implement SMO strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth. Stay updated with current social media trends and apply them to content strategy. Track performance metrics and share regular reports with the team/client. Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for content approvals and planning. Required Skills: Knowledge of SMO (Social Media Optimization). Proficiency in Canva. Basic Graphic Designing skills. Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Preferred Profile: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management. Valuable communication and coordination skills.
