Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media and Influencer Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing and creator collaborations. In this role, you will help manage influencer campaigns, build relationships with creators, and support our social media initiatives.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

A] Influencer Marketing:

• Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain an influencer database with contact details, audience insights, and engagement metrics.
• Reach out to influencers through email, DMs, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations from onboarding to campaign completion.
• Communicate campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.
• Track campaign performance, collect analytics, and prepare campaign reports.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator communities, and competitor campaigns.

Social Media:

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Support content creation by writing captions and suggesting creative concepts.
• Monitor engagement and assist in preparing social media performance reports.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good research and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Canva is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
