Social Media Intern

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team and help grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  

• Support in developing social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
  

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to help inform content ideas.
  

• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  

• Assist in tracking metrics and generating performance reports (e.g., engagement, reach, growth)
  

• Collaborate with design and content teams for visual and written assets
  

• Research and suggest new platforms or content opportunities
  

• Stay updated on social media best practices and platform updates.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  

• Passionate about social media and digital marketing
  

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  

• Familiarity with major social platforms and basic analytics tools
  

• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar (a plus)
  

• Creative, self-motivated, and organized with attention to detail
