About the Role

Strivo Labs is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Lead to drive its digital presence, grow online communities, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver high-performing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead content planning and growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Build a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms.
• Lead the creation of short-form videos, graphics, carousels, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
• Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize content based on performance data.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Build and manage online communities and monitor brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Lead and mentor social media team members and external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, PR, and product teams on integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
• Proven experience scaling social media accounts for brands, agencies, startups, or high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their growth strategies.
• Strong content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement skills.
• Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, creative direction, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
