About the Role

A leading co-educational group of schools in Nigeria is seeking a creative Social Media Lead to manage its digital presence, showcase campus life, strengthen community engagement, and support student enrollment through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and graphics covering school activities and achievements.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and parent communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content.
• Plan content calendars around school events, academic terms, and admission cycles.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.
• Track social media performance and use analytics to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and event coordinators to cover school activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Practical photography, video editing, and graphic design skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, web analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong creativity, organization, and interpersonal skills.
