Social Media Manager

We need a dynamic social media expert who knows how to capture attention in a scroll-happy world. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring our social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. If you know how to leverage AI tools for efficiency, write compelling copy, and understand the mechanics of targeted ad campaigns, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar. Create engaging scripts, storyboards, and concepts for Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• AI Integration: Utilise AI tools (like Gemini, ChatGPT, or image generators) to streamline content creation, copywriting, and visual prompts.
• Campaign Management: Set up and manage targeted ad campaigns and audience segmentation via Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a strong, interactive online community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse campaign performance, and adjust strategies to optimise reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Account Executive, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and standard social media platforms.
• A solid understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling and kinetic typography concepts.
• Experience working with B2B clients, real estate developers, or agency environments.
