Social Media Manager [CCP for Digital Advertising & Marketing Professionals]

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with clients' branding, communications, and business objectives.

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

• Create, curate and publish engaging content, working closely with designers, videographers and copywriters.

• Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and always-on content.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.

• Conduct social listening to identify trends and opportunities.

• Stay up to date with platform updates and emerging digital trends.

• Develop creative content ideas tailored to each platform.

• Support integrated campaigns including organic, influencer and paid social.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns.

• Assist with community management where required.

• Prepare regular reports on performance and audience insights.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content marketing.

• Excellent command of English.

• Strong understanding of major social platforms.

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple client accounts.

• Proactive, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Strong eye for trends and internet culture.

• Comfortable analysing performance data.

• Collaborative and able to work independently.

• Takes ownership and solves problems without requiring constant hand-holding.
