Social Media Manager (Content Lead)

Compensation: ₹1.5L – ₹2.4L • No equity

Location: Remote, anywhere in India.

Pay: ₹15,000–20,000 a month (freelance fee, based on your experience and the paid test).

Language: English (spoken and written). Any other Indian language (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam) is a plus.

The role

You will own Ezy·it's social media handles. You decide what we post, make it, post it, and learn from the numbers every week. You also brief our on-camera host and videographer.

What you will do

• Run our Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan a weekly content calendar: posts, carousels, reels and stories.
• Write hooks, captions and reel scripts that speak to freshers and job seekers in India.
• Turn our ready-made designs and product screens into posts.
• Plan shoots with our host and videographer, and tell them what to film.
• Post on time, reply to comments and messages, and grow the community.
• Check every week what worked (reach, saves, follows, sign-ups) and do more of it.

You are a good fit if

• You have grown a page or made reels that people shared. You can show us.
• Your written English is clear and lively.
• You understand how Indian job seekers talk and what worries them.
• You can make simple designs and edits yourself (Canva, CapCut or similar).
• You deliver on time without being chased.

Nice to have

• Careers, jobs or education content experience.
• Experience working with a host or videographer on short videos.
