We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Community Manager to manage both ELEWA TV's internal platforms and client accounts.
Position Overview
The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content calendars, managing online communities, overseeing content publishing, and supporting client campaigns.
This role requires someone who can balance brand storytelling, community engagement, content planning, client communication, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage ELEWA TV's social media platforms.
- Manage multiple client social media accounts.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with each brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor trends and identify new content opportunities.
Community Management
- Build and nurture online communities.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
- Engage with followers and increase audience participation.
- Develop strategies to improve community growth and retention.
- Create meaningful conversations between brands and their audiences.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop content strategies for both ELEWA TV and client accounts.
- Create campaign concepts and content ideas.
- Coordinate content production with videographers, designers, photographers, and editors.
- Plan content around events, product launches, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns support business goals.
Client Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Attend strategy meetings and client calls.
- Present content ideas and campaign recommendations.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance updates.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor key performance indicators, including:
- Engagement
- Reach
- Website traffic
- Community growth
- Conversion rates
- Foot traffic (for hospitality clients)

Prepare monthly reports and present campaign insights.

Use data to optimize content performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management.
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
