Description
About The Role
The role owns social media strategy and execution end-to-end — growing organic reach, driving engagement, and turning channels like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok into measurable contributors to pipeline and brand awareness.
You will work across content, demand generation, and design teams to plan, produce, and optimize social programs for both B2B and B2C audiences, using analytics and paid amplification to prove impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social media calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, publishing consistently and on-brand
- Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies that support product launches, demand-gen campaigns, and thought-leadership programs
- Manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and X; optimize budgets against CAC, CTR, and engagement targets
- Define and report on KPIs — follower growth, engagement rate, share of voice, and social-sourced pipeline — using tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite and GA4
- Monitor trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity; adjust strategy quickly based on data
- Partner with design, content, and product marketing to produce short-form video, carousels, and other high-performing formats
- Manage and mentor community engagement, responding to comments and escalating customer issues to support teams
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B or B2C tech
- Proven record of growing channels organically and running paid social with measurable ROI
- Hands-on with social management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, GA4) and native platform analytics
- Experience producing or directing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts); basic editing skills a plus
- Strong writing and editing skills tuned to each platform's voice and format
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Mention), employee advocacy programs, or B2B influencer marketing
