The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is interested in photography, video, digital marketing, and website management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain dealership social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create and publish engaging content, including short-form videos, photos, reels, stories, and promotional posts.

  • Assist with photographing and recording vehicle inventory, dealership events, employee spotlights, and promotions.

  • Help develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer traffic.

  • Monitor social media messages, comments, and engagement, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Assist with basic website updates, inventory content, promotional banners, and other digital content.

  • Support dealership marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and special events.

  • Track social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay current with social media trends, digital marketing tools, and opportunities to improve the dealership's online presence.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience managing personal or business social media accounts.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Basic photography and video editing skills; experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of websites and content management systems, with the ability to make simple updates.

  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Creative mindset with an interest in developing new content and marketing ideas.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

  • Automotive or dealership marketing experience is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on skills and experience.

  • Flexible scheduling for students, where business needs allow.

  • Hands-on experience in social media management, website content, and digital marketing.

  • Opportunity to build a professional portfolio and develop real-world marketing skills.

  • A collaborative work environment with opportunities to contribute ideas and see the results of your work.
