Social Media Manager (Instagram, TikTok)

Wolff Digital Marketing (wdmdigital.com) runs its own Instagram and TikTok accounts built around realistic AI personas, made for a US audience. We're self-funded and profitable, with a small team mostly based in Europe.
What you'll do
Own posting and scheduling for one of our accounts: captions, hashtags and timing for a US audience
Community engagement: comments, trends, collabs
Spot what's going viral and adapt it fast, working with our AI artists who create the content
Grow the account and report on what's working
You
Have grown Instagram or TikTok accounts yourself, and can show the numbers (followers, views, viral posts)
Know US internet culture and short-form trends
Speak fluent English
Are available full-time and long-term
Offer
$1.5k–3k/month depending on experience, paid monthly in USD
Paid one-week trial, fully remote, contractor agreement
We pay for all tools
