Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to plan, create and manage engaging content across multiple brands. You’ll be involved in everything from developing content ideas and social media calendars to creating short-form videos, working with creative teams and tracking content performance.

Job Description

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars across multiple brands.

• Develop creative content ideas, storyboards and concepts for posts, Reels and other short-form content.

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, video editors and animators to bring content ideas to life.

• Create and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.

• Participate in photoshoots and video shoots, with opportunities to occasionally get behind the camera.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds and online conversations.

• Review monthly content performance and use insights to improve future content strategies.

• Support other ad-hoc marketing and content projects when required.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation or marketing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, visual content and storytelling.

• Comfortable using platforms and tools such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, CapCut and Edits.

• Proactive, curious and willing to experiment with new ideas and formats.

• Able to work well with different creative personalities and manage multiple brands and projects.

• Comfortable working occasional weekends or after office hours when required.
