As Social Media Manager, you own the social and influencer function end to end — the strategy, the budget, the channels, the creator ecosystem and a team of four who bring it to life. You operate with real autonomy, presenting direction rather than waiting for it, and you're accountable for social's contribution to the business — reach, community, engagement, traffic and conversion.What You'll DoOwn and set the global and regional social and influencer strategy, aligned to commercial and brand goalsOwn the social and influencer budget, allocating spend across channels, creators and content for maximum returnDrive innovative storytelling formats, social-first commerce and viral content initiatives that grow reach, community and conversionOwn the brand's social channels — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms — including community management standards and social-first customer careOversee influencer campaigns from concept to completion and act as first escalation point for social crisis and reputation managementDefine the KPI framework and report to the Head of Marketing and leadership team with insight and recommendations that shape what's nextLead, coach and develop a team of four, owning resourcing, structure and career pathways for the functionLeadership — Your Signature Across Every Platform You set the tone for how Lorna Jane shows up in social, and the standard for how your team shows up too.
