Social Media Manager

Position Title: Social Media Manager

Location: MacDill AFB, FL.

Clearance required: SECRET clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI

Scope of Work: Oversees planning, creation, and management of CCPA English and foreign-language social media platforms, leading content strategy, creative design, technical upkeep, and analytics.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee planning and execution of CCPA English and foreign-language social media platforms and supervise Regional Media Analysts on region-specific plans.
• Develop, synchronize, and publish frequent social media posts, maintaining consistent messaging during crisis events.
• Analyze performance data (viewership, followership, regional trends) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure security compliance across platforms and regularly review access protocols and account security.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy with posting frameworks and SMART goals.
• Maintain a database of social media aliases of key individuals and organizations and provide real-time engagement recommendations.
