About the Role

PeSS Group is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies across its portfolio of agency clients, driving engagement, brand growth, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and platform-specific content strategies.
• Develop concepts and briefs for short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and static content.
• Monitor trends, internet culture, and emerging formats to keep brands relevant.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, videographers, and performance marketers.
• Oversee community management, audience engagement, and brand communication.
• Track and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and return on ad spend.
• Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to improve content performance.
• Manage multiple client accounts and deliver monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional social media management experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and content formats.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content judgement.
• Experience with analytics and social listening tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics.
• Strong client management, organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Basic skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Photoshop are an advantage.
• Experience setting up paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
• Experience in the creative industry is required.
