Summary
Are you passionate about creating engaging content and building strong online communities? We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our brand and generate quality leads across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
* Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and property showcase.
* Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement.
* Run and optimize paid social media campaigns.
* Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote properties, events, and company campaigns.
* Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing best practices.
Requirements
* Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
* Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
* Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
* Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video editing tools.
* Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
