Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and commercially minded Social Media Manager to expand our client's digital footprint.
The ideal candidate has a deep passion for fashion, strong creative judgment, and the confidence to recommend strategic content directions. You will be responsible for translating products and stories into compelling visual media that builds brand equity, engages audiences, and drives measurable sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to grow brand presence and audience reach.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content independently, including live coverage at physical shoots, pop-ups, and brand events.
- Schedule daily posts, maintain a consistent brand voice, and engage professionally with comments and DMs.
- Track performance metrics to optimize content strategy and capitalize on relevant industry trends that align with the brand’s identity.
- Partner with internal teams to align social content with product launches, sales campaigns, and brand milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years in social media management, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail.
- Strong proficiency in mobile/camera photography, videography, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom).
- Deep understanding of fabrics, styling, visual storytelling, and how to convert engagement into enquiries and sales.
- High aesthetic standard with a proven track record of discerning brand-fit trends from generic social noise.
- Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills for engaging captions and community management.
- Willingness to work onsite and attend physical shoots or weekend/evening events as needed.
- A portfolio or links to active/past accounts managed is mandatory.
