Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

grow, and energize our online presence. If you love crafting engaging content, planning viral

campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong digital communities, this role is for

you.

As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across platforms. From content

planning and posting to engagement and analytics, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our

audience sees and interacts with us. We need someone who doesn’t just post content but creates

conversations and drives meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms

• Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Plan and execute campaigns, contests, and promotional activities

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly

• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

• Collaborate with the design, content, and video teams

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms

• Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and branding

• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking

• Creative thinking with strong communication skills

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple accounts

Qualifications:

• Any degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Freshers with strong social media handling experience can apply

• Prior experience in social media management is an added advantage
