Job Summary
Manage and execute social media and advertising campaigns to enhance brand presence and lead generation in Singapore’s renovation market. Collaborate across teams to deliver engaging bilingual content and optimize marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts by planning and publishing high-quality posts including images, captions, and videos
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing
- Respond promptly to community comments and direct messages to enhance engagement
- Monitor social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy
- Execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads (Search and Display)
- Optimize ad creatives and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
- Track advertising performance data and prepare detailed reports for review
- Research and analyze the Singapore renovation market and customer needs to inform content strategies
- Develop differentiated content strategies to engage diverse audience segments
- Monitor competitor activities and gather industry insights to support marketing initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Write bilingual marketing copy in English and Chinese to support content creation
- Assist in shooting and producing social media content to enhance visual storytelling
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion through targeted marketing efforts
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
