Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting dealership social media, reputation management, and paid social strategies. This role helps bring the dealership’s brand, culture, people, inventory, and guest experience to life through engaging content, thoughtful communication, and platform-specific campaigns that support store and regional goals.
Duties/Responsibilities

Creates and manages organic and paid social media content across dealership social platforms.
Develops social media campaigns that support dealership goals, promotions, and brand strategy.
Monitors and optimizes paid social campaigns while maintaining awareness of store and regional budgets.
Creates graphics, videos, and other digital content using creative design tools.
Manages dealership reputation through Reputation.com and other review platforms.
Maintains professional, brand-consistent communication across posts, campaigns, comments, and review responses.
Ensures all social media content and marketing materials comply with OEM brand guidelines.
Stays current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to drive organic engagement.
Manages projects effectively by maintaining organization, attention to detail, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
One to three years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field preferred.
Experience managing social media platforms, paid social campaigns, and online reputation preferred.
Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software preferred.
Strong written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00/year
