SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER (TIKTOK SPECIALIST)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and confident Social Media Officer specializing in TikTok content creation to manage and grow the brand's TikTok presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating engaging short-form videos, a strong understanding of viral trends, and the ability to connect with local audiences through creative content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and short-form videos for TikTok.
• Film engaging content featuring consumer electronics and retail products.
• Appear on camera or direct smartphone-filmed video content.
• Identify and capitalize on trending sounds, hashtags, and viral content formats.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and local/regional social media developments.
• Coordinate with the internal creative team to support marketing campaigns.
• Create content that increases audience engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form video content creation.
• Confident on-camera presence and strong presentation skills.
• Good understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti dialect, youth culture, and local trends.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and video production skills.
