Social Media Sales Representative (Instagram / Facebook)
About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs is a luxury custom furniture and interior design brand. We are seeking a proactive, persuasive Social Media Sales Representative to manage inbound leads on Instagram and Facebook and convert them into paying clients. Sitting at the intersection of customer engagement and sales, this role requires rapid response times, smart lead qualification, and closing skills that reflect our luxury brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to all DMs, comments, and inquiries on Instagram and Facebook.
- Qualify leads by budget, project scope, and timeline to move them efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Use approved sales scripts to guide prospects from inquiry to purchase and follow up consistently with warm leads.
- Maintain an organized CRM log/spreadsheet of lead statuses and conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to verify custom feasibility before closing deals.
- Track weekly conversion rates, flag recurring customer objections, and report performance metrics to management.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / HND or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 2–3+ years in social media sales, customer service, or high-ticket closing.
- Strong written communication skills—persuasive, professional, and aligned with luxury branding.
- Deep understanding of Instagram/Facebook messaging features and CRM lead-tracking tools.
- Prior sales experience in luxury goods, custom furniture, interior design, or real estate is a strong advantage.
