The Social Media Specialist manages CIG Motors' social media
presence, developing content and campaigns that grow brand awareness, drive
engagement, and generate traffic and leads across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content
Planning & Execution
- Develop
and manage a social media content calendar across platforms.
- Execute
organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Community
& Reputation Management
- Engage
with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and manage the
brand's online reputation.
- Monitor
conversations and sentiment around the brand and escalate issues where
necessary.
Analytics
& Optimization
- Track
social media performance metrics and prepare regular reporting.
- Analyze
data to optimize content and campaign performance.
Collaboration
& Trend Monitoring
- Work
closely with the Creative Director and Motion Designer & Video Editor
to develop content assets.
- Stay
current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to
keep content relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related
field.
- Minimum
of 2- 4 years' experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Experience
with social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong
copywriting and content creation skills.
- Sound knowledge
of social media platforms and best practices.
- Analytical
skills, with familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Creativity
and strong awareness of digital and social trends.
- Effective
community management skills.
