Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
Capture basic photo and video content for social media (including shooting simple product shots and behind-the-scenes content)
Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Stay updated on trends and platform updates
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Plan and manage social media campaigns and promotions

Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience needed: 2 years+
Proven work experience as a social media specialist or similar role
Strong ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Experience in content creation, including posts, stories, reels, and videos
Basic skills in photo and video shooting for social media content
Hands-on experience managing daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to engage with audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking (reach, engagement, conversions)
Up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and content teams
Experience in planning and managing social media campaigns and promotions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
