Social Security Disability Attorney

The Garza Law Firm’s Social Security Disability Attorney is a position supporting the Social Security Disability (SSD) division of the Firm. The SSD Attorney exists to provide our clients with legal assistance and guidance through the SSD application and appeal processes. This position collaborates with clients, attorneys, and fellow team members to be a driving force to ensure our clients’ voices are heard and their lives are restored. This position oversees and manages the SSD Team to coordinate meetings with new clients, review necessary medical records, and prepare for and hold hearings.

This position requires a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree, admission to the Tennessee State Bar, and good standing with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.
