What You'll Do
- advocate for resident rights
- coordinate services
- help meet the psycho-social needs of our residents
- develop comprehensive assessment and resident-based care plans
What You Need
- Must be 18+
Schedule Details:
- full-time: M-F, day shift
- no weekends or holidays
