Social Studies Teacher

• Curriculum Delivery: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with national school curriculum standards

• Assessment: Create and grade assignments, tests, and projects; track student progress; and communicate results with parents and guardians
• Classroom Management: Establish rules, manage behavior, and maintain an inclusive, safe learning environment
• Instructional Strategies: Use varied methods such as discussions, inquiry‑based learning, group work, and multimedia tools to engage diverse learners
• Professional Development: Participate in workshops, collaborate with colleagues, and stay updated on educational best practices and current events

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, history, geography, social studies, or related field; many schools require teaching certification
• Experience: Prior teaching experience in social studies is a must .
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to design engaging lessons, assess learning, and integrate technology.
