Social Worker, BSW (32 hrs/week) in Menomonie and surrounding communities

We are looking for a BSW Social Worker who wants to make a meaningful difference for hospice patients and their families, with additional opportunities to support palliative care and home health patients. This Monday-Friday position offers 32 hours per week and the opportunity to build lasting connections with the patients, families, and communities we serve. This position is eligible for Adoray’s entire benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and more. We are looking for Social Work coverage to our patients in the Menomonie, Spring Valley, Glenwood City, Plum City, Elmwood, and Ellsworth communities. With potential to go to River falls if needed if admissions rise in that area.
