Work locations\: Texas Health Adult Care, 3801 William D Tate STE 840, Grapevine, TX 76051 and Texas Health Adult Care, 2100 Hedgcoxe Rd. STE 100, Plano, TX 75025
Work hours\: Full-time - Days, Monday-Thursday 7\:00am- 5\:00pm and Friday 7\:00am- 12\:00pm, must be flexible based on clinic needs.
