SOCIAL WORKER

You will serve as a Social Worker in the Corrections and Programs Office of NAVAL CONSOLIDATED BRIG MIRAMAR.

You will provide expert clinical advice and services to correctional unit teams(s) concerning treatment/education program planning and implementation for prisoners convicted of varied offenses.

You will maintain treatment records, reports and documentation for clients/prisoners.

You will compile complex legal, forensic, administrative and clinical data to provide concise, complete and accurate biweekly reports and recommendations to Service component clemency and parole boards

You will administer specialized clinical services programs.

You will serve as a social work consultant. and treatment/education provider for, sex offender treatment/education, violent offender treatment/education and substance use treatment/education for a multi-service military correctional facilities(MCF).

You will Provides consultation for counselors, medical, training and other interests in all areas of outreach services, correctional treatment issues and prevention training.
