    • Connect clients to community resources like government schemes, financial aid, rehabilitation services, or legal help.

  5. Advocacy:

    • Advocate for the rights and needs of clients, especially vulnerable populations like children, elderly, or persons with disabilities.

  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate case records, progress notes, and submit timely reports for organizational or legal compliance.

  7. Community Outreach:

    • Conduct awareness campaigns, workshops, and mobilization programs in communities to promote health, education, or social welfare.

  8. Monitoring and Follow-up:

    • Track progress of clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and adjust interventions as needed.

  9. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including medical, educational, and administrative staff for holistic support.
