Social Worker
- Identify and support vulnerable children and women within the community.
- Conduct home visits, case assessments, and maintain proper case documentation.
- Provide psychosocial support, counseling, and emotional guidance to beneficiaries.
- Facilitate rehabilitation, protection, and referral services based on individual needs.
- Coordinate with schools, hospitals, government departments, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Organize awareness programs on child protection, women empowerment, mental health, gender issues, and social rights.
- Support beneficiaries in accessing welfare schemes, legal aid, healthcare, and educational services.
- Monitor child safety, family well-being, and rehabilitation progress through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, case studies, and monthly activity updates for project documentation.
- Conduct community mobilization activities and build positive community engagement.
- Assist in crisis intervention and emergency support for children and women in distress.
- Ensure confidentiality, safeguarding standards, and ethical practices in all interventions.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and project review sessions.
- Travel to field locations as required for project activities and follow-ups.
