Social Worker (Yishun)

Engage identified students regularly to provide mentoring and emotional support
Build positive relationships with students and contribute to their holistic development
Plan and conduct student-centric interventions (outreach, home visits, family sessions)
Facilitate group-based programmes for students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
Identify student concerns and escalate cases to school leaders and support teams
Participate in case review meetings with counsellors, SEN officers, and school personnel
Support referrals to external agencies and community services when required
Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and progress updates

Diploma / Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Community Development or related field
At least 1 year of experience in social work, youth work, counselling, or related helping profession
Experience in casework or school-based support preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary school environment
Empathetic, patient, culturally sensitive, and able to manage at-risk youth
Strong professional boundaries and resilience
