About the Role

International Facilities Services (IFS) Group is seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee on-site cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management services, ensuring service quality, safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management services to meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Plan and supervise daily, periodic, and deep-cleaning schedules and grounds maintenance.
• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise soft services teams.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and ensure compliance with service requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits, address service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, environmental, and health and safety standards.
• Manage consumables, chemicals, equipment, inventory, and usage.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify operational efficiencies.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and proper chemical handling.
• Prepare performance reports and track service delivery.
• Coordinate service readiness for events and peak periods.
• Handle stakeholder requests and service escalations professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong team leadership, service delivery, budgeting, and contractor management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements, hygiene standards, and quality assurance processes.
