Soft Skill Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on communication, personality development, and employability skills.
  
• Conduct sessions on spoken English, interview skills, workplace behavior, and grooming.
  
• Use role plays, group activities, and presentations for effective learning.
  
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials as per curriculum.
  
• Assess candidates through activities, presentations, and mock interviews.
  
• Mentor candidates to build confidence and professional attitude.
  
• Track attendance, performance, and batch progress.
  
• Support placement readiness and interview preparation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong training and facilitation ability.
  
• Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
