Software Analyst (AI-assisted Development)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented talent to join our application development team. The ideal candidate will focus on requirements of analysis, system coordination, and AI-assisted development practices to support delivery of modern, intelligent software solutions.

You will work closely with business users to translate business needs into technical specifications and support the implementation of AI-enabled applications, including LLM-based features and automation workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze document business and system requirements, including AI/ML and data-driven use cases

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and system/process workflows

• Support design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions such as RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, or workflow automation

• Collaborate with development teams on integrating AI services (e.g., LLM APIs, embeddings, retrieval systems) into applications

• Assist in coordinating system development, testing, UAT, and deployment activities

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini, LLM platforms) to enhance analysis, documentation, and testing efficiency

• Participate in validation and evaluation of AI outputs, including prompt tuning, result quality checks, and basic performance monitoring

• Support system integration via APIs and ensure alignment with architecture and security standards

• Assist in monitoring system performance, including basic tracking of latency, usage, and error handling for AI services

• Maintain system documentation, including functional specs, workflows, and user guides

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements when handling sensitive data

• Fast-track on-job training will be provided, including exposure to AI-driven and LLM-based development practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or application development

• Solid understanding of SDLC and experience in requirements gathering and documentation

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, PHP) is preferred

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, such as LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, or RAG, is an advantage

• Experience working with APIs and system integration

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud) is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Software Analyst
