Required Skill Set

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and project management.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD preparation, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience in SaaS application implementation, configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience in API integration, database management, data migration, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, LMS, and other enterprise application platforms.
• Experience in UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), application hosting, server management, and infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of system security, user access management, data governance, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in SaaS subscription management, license optimization, usage monitoring, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently manage and support software implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Understand business requirements and translate organizational needs into scalable and effective technical solutions.
• Technical Documentation & Roadmapping: Prepare and maintain BRDs, project charters, functional documents, project trackers, and implementation roadmaps.
• Implementation & Integration: Manage application configuration, system integration, testing, and deployment while ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• System Maintenance & Governance: Manage system upgrades, patches, backups, releases, and performance optimization to ensure application reliability.
• Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement preventive measures, and minimize system downtime.
• Cloud & SaaS Management: Manage and optimize SaaS platforms and cloud environments, including subscriptions, billing, usage monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Infrastructure & Server Oversight: Monitor storage, servers, and related IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technology vendors and internal stakeholders, communicate project progress, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Technology Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and IT trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Guidance & Collaboration: Work independently, guide junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology initiatives.

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in software analysis, business analysis, system implementation, application support, and IT project delivery.
