Software and Applications Manager
- Lead the design and development of payment infrastructure, including payment integrations, transaction flows, and backend services.
- Architect and build scalable backend systems and APIs supporting global payment operations.
- Develop and maintain backend services primarily using Go, Python, and Node.js.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to deliver reliable payment solutions.
- Drive system reliability, security, observability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and help establish strong technical standards and development processes.
- Participate in hiring and help grow a high-performing engineering team.
