Software and Applications Manager
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
7+ years of hands on Experience in Product Management
Hands-on experience in full product development lifecycle
Expertise in Application solutioning design and testing
Strong Experience in Modern development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development
Hands on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
Experience in Salesforce platform, including experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, focusing on implementation, configuration, and integration for CRM solutions, process automation (e.g., flows, workflows), and reporting.
Knowledge of current product trends, best practices and technologies
Project Management Professional certification (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
Experience in Government projects and vendor management
